Adidas Apparel: The Way to Stay Fit with Style

How do you define fitness? Is it mental well being, physical health, or is it your emotional state? Common perception seems to suggest that being fit requires you to have a toned, good looking body. Personally, I think that fitness is about having a healthy body - even if it doesn’t get me any modeling gigs. But define fitness as you may, one thing is almost certain - exercise will definitely be involved, in one form or another.

Essential as exercise is to fitness, it is not the only aspect to it - you do need to consider your mental well being too, by engaging in mind stimulating activities and interests, in addition to maintaining a positive attitude through life. Furthermore, eating the right food, getting the proper amount of sleep, and having fun are all crucial factors in the quest for fitness.

However, for now, let’s focus on that most popular of definitions for fitness: having a well-toned, good looking body that is the envy of overweight and underweight people around the world. To achieve that, you need to eat right, and you need to exercise - a lot. You need to put in the hours at the gym, forego the late night raves, and sleep properly and regularly.

Additionally, you’ll need to make healthier choices - yes, healthy - as a sexy body is nigh impossible to get without the necessary sacrifices. Some of those sacrifices include quitting smoking and cutting back on the beer and all other forms of alcohol. But since the primary desire is to look good at the end of the day, let us not forget that one thing which can make you look good, even when you do not have the body of a god or goddess - clothes!

Yes, the right choices in clothes can help accentuate the best of your body’s features, or alternatively hide the ones you do not wish people to focus upon. And, they can help you both look good and feel good while you work hard to achieve your desired body shape and size. In my experience, nothing is as good at doing that as Adidas apparel.

Adidas clothing is stylish and trendy, available in a range of colors, extremely comfortable, and entirely breathable, which makes it the best possible choice when you have to devote hours each day to your exercise regimen. Personally, I prefer to shop at BignTallApparel.com, as they have a wonderful selection of big and tall Adidas clothing, and their customer services and shipping times are excellent as well.

3 Surefire Tips for Big Guys!

Being a big guy doesn’t mean that one is condemned to baggy or awful sweats. No matter what body size and shape you have, you can still look as classy as the average men. Most of the people believe that just because they are exceptionally oversized, they don’t have many clothing choices. But in my opinion, this is absolutely a wrong type of thinking because you’ll find a multitude of styles when it comes to big n tall apparel. Here is listed a few surefire tips for the Big and Tall guys out there, who thought having a classic ensemble would never be seen in their closet!

1-Accurate Measurement is a Key

Once a man’s waistline gets above 38, it’s difficult to find clothing that’s right fit and looks appropriate as well. Whenever you’re looking for a perfect fit, get accurate waist, chest and measurements. One of the biggest blunders that big guys make is selecting clothing that is loose or ill fitted. So, it’s advisable to stay away with baggy clothes, make you look even bulkier. To show off your body in its best light, opt for clothing that skims over your frame, as it will balance out your physique!

2-Dark Shades

The color palette of the clothing in your wardrobe also deserves special attention! Usually, you’ll want to stick a lot of dark or solid hues, like navy, brown, black, navy, as these color choices can make you appear 10 pounds slimmer(visually reduce your body frame). Whether it’s casual day out or night out with friends, dark hues are always my way go!

3-Play up with Stripes!

Love to wear stripes! You can go with vertical one.. Dress shirts with a series of thin vertical stripes, one of my wardrobe staple that gives a long and slimming look. Huge array of big and tall dress shirts are available that are surely best fit your heavy-set body. The double needle stitching, patch pocket, open collar and adjustable cuffs can give a more organized and polished feel.
All of these tips are easy and foolproof. Try them out, will surely improve any big man’s outward appearance!

Want to look like a Golf Pro? Get Big and Tall Golf Shirts and Feel the Difference!

Picture this: Tiger Woods and Greg Norman, towering golf luminaries as they are, and you can’t help but wonder--how do they carry themselves with such finesse? How do they maintain that elegance the moment they step out from their golf carts? I mean, talent aside—there’s an aura about them, and it’s not just because they’re amazing at what they do—which they are.
Well people. It is time we let you in on their secret. And the truth, as they say, will set you free.

The Key to their Image is their Wardrobe

Sitting down yet? Good. Because you too can look like the best and feel great too. Why do so many brands send free customized gear to athletes? The same reason the athletes sign deals to promote them—because image and performance go hand in hand. For those bigger athletes (what’s up Shaq?) It’s all a matter of getting the best big and tall gold shirts.

So lets start with the basics, shall we?

If you’re tall and lanky (which—in the modeling industry, you’d have no problem—everywhere else…well), you’ll most likely hit a few brick walls. Those walls will most likely be painted with your blood, sweat and tears over years of fashion-fails—not because you as a person don’t have the ‘eye’, but because your options are so limited in the mainstream fashion world.
But hey, things aren’t so bad if you know where to look! There is such a thing as Big and Tall golf shirts and those too—by big name brands.

It’s time to take the first step into your personal fashion-dom. Ask your local clothes stores if they’ve heard of BATA (that’s code for big & Tall Affiliates). And that’s when the magic carpet ride begins—you’ll be seeing a whole new world of big and tall golf shirts—among other assorted clothing items!
You see BATA has been working to make your favorite stores fully compliant with big and tall apparel choices. Forget the clothes that are either too big or ill-fitting for you. Now you can get the apparel that fits and flatters, leaving you more comfortable and confident than you’ve ever been..

You‘re almost done!

So you finally got the big and tall golf shirts for you that bring out your A-game. So why not flaunt your newfound style in the golf course? It is finally time to walk tall (literally and figuratively). And we haven’t even talked about how golf polo shirts make for amazing casual wear.
Afraid of a potential Fashion faux pass? With big and tall golf shirts, you needn’t worry about that! They are accessible and versatile. So go ahead, give them a spin.

Big & Tall Men’s Clothing – Putting an End to the Confusion

Have you ever walked into a clothing store and left feeling unsatisfied because:

The clothes are too short (not tall)
b        The clothes don’t fit otherwise (not big)

Okay so...That one store didn’t had the right stuff. So you move on to another. Then another. And before you know it, you’ve successfully exhausted the stores around with nothing to show.
What’s the deal with these clothing stores anyway? Are the big and tall people just not looking in the right places? Or does this market just not cater to big and tall people? Are we THAT behind in fashion inclusivity?
Luckily, there are methods that can help the big and tall moving amongst us achieve that fashion nirvana.

But first lets tackle the Big vs. Tall Debate

Big. Tall. Two different words that have long been confused as the same thing; especially when the employees have no concept of how clothes fit and look on big and tall people. Let’s demystify them.
In the fashion world, big refers to someone with large size chest, hip and waist. As for tall, any guy more than 6’ is blessed with this moniker.
As simple and easy as that.
However, you can be big AND tall, those body types are not mutually exclusive—as hard as mainstream fashion tries to imply.

Ok so that takes care of the perennial question. How can that help me?

You've got the imposing height, the broad shoulders, and legs for days. It’s time you dress that bod like the masterpiece it is!
So let’s begin, shall we?
Start by discarding the manufacturer-first mentality. Manufacturers are part of the problem. You’d be hard-pressed to find one that uses a uniform XL size category. For instance, Brand A’s size XL differs wildly from Brand B’s. There’s no standardization here folks. As a way of ‘solving’ the clothes-don’t-fit problem, the makers have rolled out 2XL, 3XL and 4XL sizes, all of which do not take into account the Big + Tall clothing conundrum.
Now its time to find clothes that fit and COMPLIMENT you. And to do this, I’d recommend you check out the Big And Tall Associates (BATA). They’re a bunch of corporate retailers that have laid out guidelines for big and tall men’s clothing. To put it simply, these are the people you should be asking. Their efforts have ensured that you have access to clothes that fit you comfortably, are designed according to your body type, and keep you looking awesome on the regular. And the icing on the cake, BATA has locally-produced and designed clothes, giving you the chance to uplift local communities and the economy. That's reinvesting in ourselves.

The next time you venture into a retail clothing outlet, ask them if they are BATA-affiliated. This can save you a lot of time and trouble. Call your local stores too. Never again surrender at the doors of stores that don’t cater to your glorious big and tall selves.

Calling All Big Guys – Get to Know Your Slimmer Side

You don’t get many second chances to make a good first impression which means you should look your best always. If looking slimmer is your goal, here are some great recommendations to help you bring out your thinner side. And those of you who thought looking slender with right big and tall apparel is next to impossible, you need to read this.
Dressing well is all about presenting your body in the best way possible, more importantly without distorting or altering your body itself. No matter you have a round belly, big bottom or really broad shoulders, these suggestions can help you look stylish without effort.

1.      Fit is Fab!
You basically have to do the exact opposite to buying bigger or baggier clothes to disguise your problem areas. Simply put, those extra pounds make you feel uncomfortable, but you have to dress your body confidently, more importantly with right size clothing. Of course wearing tighter or smaller clothes is not going to help either. Remember, all your clothing should take your body proportions into consideration and a good fit can make you look great.

2.        Get Stripe Smart
Vertical stripes make you look taller, which is amazing for big men. Horizontal stripes, on the other hand, create an unfortunate optical illusion and make you look even more overweight so be wary of them. If you want to wear horizontal stripes, try to keep them thin.

3.       Breakdown the Color Chunk
Dressing head to toe in one color can be disastrous as you might end up looking like a large block of color. If you have a heavy lower body, try wearing dark solid color pants, denim with textured shirts or top. If you want to slim down your tummy, go for solid color shirts with textured pants or bottoms.

4.       Let Your Shirt Hang Off
Don’t tuck your shirt in for a casual occasion as this is the best way to divert attention from your bulging tummy. Also, go for scoop necklines such as v-necks and round necks as exposed neck will make your face appear slimmer. In case of buttoned shirts, you can leave one or two buttons from the neck. Bigger men also look best if they stick to long sleeve shirts.

5.       Choose the Right Accessories
Wearing the right belt will help your trouser fit properly without highlighting your bulges.
Now that you know you’re looking for in general, and you should be able to give your best impression without building an entirely new wardrobe.
